What if my KANDALS don’t fit me?

If your KANDALS don’t fit, no problem. We will gladly exchange them for you if they are unworn and are in their original packaging. Just make sure to send us an email with your name, phone number, email, and the size, color, and style you purchased from us. 

Are KANDALS machine washable?

KANDALS are machine washable. Simply take out the detachable insole and you can wash and air dry them accordingly. Your KANDALS will get a little snug after you wash them similar to what you would experience with clothing.

What are my payment options with KANDALS.com?

You can either pay through paypal or through your credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Do I have to pay for shipping when I am returning an item?

No. We will cover shipping costs. 

How long will it take for my shoes to arrive?

Once the order is placed it will take about 5-8 business days for your KANDALS to arrive.

Do KANDALS fit all width sizes of feet?

KANDALS shoes are of medium width and therefore could potentially fit all widths. Just be mindful when ordering that if it is probable ideal to go up a half size if you have wide feet and down half a size if you have more narrow feet because the shoes will stretch a little. How should I clean my KANDALS?

KANDALS can be machine washed in cold water and let them air dry. You should NEVER dry your KANDALS in a dryer. 

Do the shoes stretch once worn?

Yes. The shoes will stretch once worn but not enough to cause you to increase your size. The shoes will mold to your feet.
